3. Orders and Formation of Contract
By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products you have selected. Once we receive your order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only when you receive a shipping confirmation email indicating that your items have been dispatched.
4. Product Information
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors, descriptions, and images. However, the colors you see depend on your device’s screen, and we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will exactly match the delivered product. Slight variations may occur due to differences in production and materials.
5. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude shipping costs and applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Estimated delivery times and options will be shown at checkout. While we aim to meet stated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.
8. Cancellations and Returns
At this time, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns once an order is placed. Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at solyn.contact@gmail.com, including your order number and a photo of the item. We will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
10. Ownership and Risk
Ownership and responsibility for goods transfer to you once payment is received and your order is shipped. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply to international shipments.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Michigan.

The Solyn mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Solyn (“Solyn,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice. Updates to these Mobile Terms will take effect upon being posted.
By opting in to Solyn’s SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive recurring text messages from or on behalf of Solyn to the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. These may include order updates, account alerts, or promotional messages (e.g., special offers, cart reminders). Message frequency may vary.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Participation is entirely voluntary.
You are responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages imposed by your carrier. Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider for more details.
To opt out at any time, text STOP to +1 (833) 573-4204, or click the unsubscribe link (if available) in any message. You’ll receive a final confirmation message. If you are subscribed to multiple Solyn SMS programs, you must opt out of each one separately.

If we change our sending number or short code, we’ll notify you. Messages sent to outdated numbers may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring those messages.
