This is a preorder. Orders will be processed and shipped once production is complete, estimated mid-July 2025.
Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address via USPS.
- Ground Advantage (2-5 business days)
- Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout for orders of $100 or more
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control.
Important: International customers are responsible for all international shipping costs, customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees, and any other fees required by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout. Solyn does not control these fees, cannot predict the amount, and is not responsible for paying or reimbursing any customs, tariff, duty, tax, or import-related charges placed into effect by the customer’s country or shipping carrier.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for complying with your country’s import laws and for paying any additional fees required for delivery. Refusal to pay customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, or related fees may result in the package being delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed. In these cases, Solyn is not responsible for any lost shipping costs, customs charges, or non-recoverable order costs.
Exchange Policy
All sales are final. However, we offer size exchanges depending on inventory availability.
Size Exchange Eligibility
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- One size exchange per order is allowed, subject to inventory availability
- If the requested size is available, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a replacement or refund accordingly.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email solyn.contact@gmail.com with your full name, order number, the item(s) you'd like to exchange, and your desired size
- We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) code and return instructions.
- Ship the item to our official address listed below under ‘Contact Us’, and include “Attn: Exchanges” on the package.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange if eligible
Order Issues
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We may request photos or tracking confirmation for support.
